Rules for the Buy/Sell/Trade Forum
1 - All offerings will be reviewed by the moderator in place and are subject to revision/correction etc...
2 - New seller members: you must email a copy of your Photo ID to info@auctionmemorabilia.com before you advertise an item for sale. PLEASE NOTE: We want to be sure that you are not a swindler, you are a real person and something wrong (e.g. scam sale) won't happen. Once we approved your identity; the copy of your ID (and the e-mail containing your ID) will be PERMANENTLY deleted!
3 - Any member found to be knowingly selling forgeries will be permanently banned!
4 - DO NOT POST EBAY OR ANY OUTSIDE LINKS. Please do not use this page to promote your 'eBay' items. No posts with any links will be approved. This does not mean that you cannot post items that you currently have for sale on eBay.
5 - Please describe the condition of the item verbally. All flaws/errors/defects must be mentioned.
6 - Use your own photos, which you took about the item. Large clear images of front and back of the memorabilia must be shown.
7 - A certificate/LOA is an advantage but not a condition. If you have certification it must be shown clearly.
8 - Are you the original owner? Make sure the buyer understands if your certificate is non-transferable.
9 - Sellers - do your homework to make sure you're confident the item is genuine before you offer it for sale, and add "Buyers - make sure you're comfortable with authenticity before you buy" to your listing.
10 - Please await some opinions from our members before selling - it is hoped that members will add their opinions to posts.
11 - Everything should be publicly priced for a sale or trade, terms posted. Shipping costs must be stated - they may be included or worked out between the seller and buyer. If International shipping is acceptable please mention this. Buyer assumes all customs fees/import taxes etc.
12 - NO FLOODING: Try to keep your posts at a maximum of 5 per day. If you have multiple items please try to combine in one post.

ALL SALES ARE BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER ONLY. AuctionMemorabilia forum is not responsible for any transactions. Buy at your own risk.
NOTE: NO chasing down new members looking for something you have and want to sell. Absolutely no. That's because a lot of new people think that all longtime members know their stuff and the seller may not. If the buying member wants something they can put a want ad in the forum or a member who has it can offer it for sale in the group.
